There are a lot of variables that combine to result in the sales price of any given property. In most cases, as individual properties are infrequently sold, there is not usually recent data that we can directly compare our 'post-styling' sales results to.
Occasionally however, we strike a situation where it is very clear the impact that our service has had in improving the sales result of a property.
In April 2015, this 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1 Living Room, unrenovated property in Soldiers Hill was presented for sale by 3 Pea's Property Styling and sold after only 15 days on the market, for $249,000.
At the time of sale, the property next door was also for sale. On the same size block of land, this comparative property was also comprised of 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom and 1 Living area. With the benefit of a corner block location and a renovated kitchen & bathroom, this property was not styled and presented for sale and was sold less than 1 month after our subject property. However, this comparative property sold for $12,000 less after a very lengthy 161 day sales campaign.
