We endeavour, wherever possible, to offer this consultation within 24 hours of your enquiry.
This consultation allows us to make general recommendations based on your needs.
Time frames for preparing quotes and arranging others services is dependant upon the specific services required and will be discussed with you during the consultation.
How much does 3 Pea's Property Styling Cost cost? The cost of individual services varies, depending the services required and the property size, condition and requirements.
An estimate of costs will be provided to you during the initial consultation, once a broad understanding of the project brief is known. A fixed price will be quoted for Preparing for Sale, Decluttering & Property Styling projects before the project commences.

How long will my project take to complete? Project timelines will vary depending on services required. In each case, the Blueprint is prepared by assessing information that you provide, generally via email. No site visit is required.
How long is the furniture hire period for a sales campaign? All our property styling quotes will include an initial minimum furniture hire period of 5 weeks. This allows for the set up & photography (1 week) and a 4 week sales campaign. This period easily meets most auction and private sale requirements. Additional hire is easily arranged on a week to week basis, but is very rarely required.
What are your payment terms? A 20% deposit is required for all services at the acceptance of quotation and allows us to secure particular dates for works to be undertaken. Balance payments for all services are due 48 hours prior to commencement of works / installation date.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept payment via cash, cheque and bank transfer. or credit card. We also offer a OpenPay, an interest free repayment option.
How long before I wish to put my house on the market should I contact 3 Pea's Property Styling? The required lead time varies depending on the services required. As a general rule, 2 weeks advance notice of installation is required however, please rest assured that we will endeavour to work with you to meet your deadline requirements, wherever possible.
