How long have you worked in the industry?
I first started in the Real Estate industry in 2010, starting out as a Rural Sales consultant with a small branch in the Ballan/Daylesford Area.
Can you estimate how many properties you have sold in your career?
Since first kick starting my Real Estate Career, I can confidently say I have sold over 150 homes.
What do you love about the real estate industry?
The Real Estate industry is an ever expanding industry that has so many unique properties on the market, the real love and passion I have in the industry is having the opportunity to walk through some of Victoria’s most elite homes and of course, being able to create a seamless transaction for my vendors, it gives me a sense of satisfaction.

What is the philosophy of your agency? What makes you differ from other agents?

What is the most important piece of advice you would provide to a seller who is getting their property ready to go on the market?
Ensure that the property is presented with a realistic opportunity for a potential purchaser to imagine themselves in the home. A key to this is to take down family photos and remove clutter.
What is one common preparation item that is overlooked?
The most common areas of preparation that can be overlooked when a home is going on the market, are the Walk In Pantry and Bathroom. These two rooms are seen as luxury areas and can be a big selling point in any home.
What is one key presentation feature that prospective purchasers often remark on? Again I find it’s the Kitchen. When purchasers are greeted with a clean, uncluttered kitchen with a feeling of ample room, it definitely creates added value to the home.
