The winter weeks can be long and more than a little grey, so to lighten the mood and bring a little sunshine to your Friday, we are taking a tongue-in-cheek look at art and it's importance in the presentation of property for marketing purposes. If you enjoyed "Real Estate For Sale: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly" and "Real Estate For Sale: A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words", then I think this one will tickle your fancy as well. It seems pretty obvious that art, when used for the purpose of enhancing a property for marketing purposes, should inject colour, provide a focal point and beautify a space. Let's see how our examples stack up. Enjoy! I had this Terrible Dream That I Was So Hungover I slept Through the Viewing...Need I say more...Why of course we love it, son! It has pride of place underneath our breakfast bar...Even in his 20s, psychologists were baffled by Peter's irrational fear of steam locomotives...Ralph was a gifted topiarist, but he struggled with faces...Kyle has slept in the kitchen ever since they redecorated his room...Behold, the Gateway to Almost Certain Disappointment...All credit for these seriously alarming illustrations (pun intended!) and their very amusing captions goes to www.terribleestateagentphotos.com. What do you think? Do you have any funny real estate photo stories? Everyone loves a lough, so please share them in the comments. Related Articles
