How long have you worked in the industry?
14 years! I commenced in January 2003.
Can you estimate how many properties you have sold in your career?
There has been a few! I’ve met a lot of people over my career & it’s not only those that I have assisted buy or sell, but those who we meet along the journey.
What do you love about the real estate industry?
There is something new each & every day, and no day is the same. We are very fortunate that we get to assist people with their real estate needs.

We make a strong focus on the people. What is important to each and every person and how can we assist.

What is the most important piece of advice you would provide to a seller who is getting their property ready to go on the market?
Take time to get your property right. Absorb feedback from those in the industry and work with people you trust, not the cheapest!
What is one common preparation item that is overlooked?
De-cluttering. It is important to ensure that every property has the opportunity to be as attractive as possible to the broadest possible audience. This will only assist in the pending sale campaign.
What is one key presentation feature that prospective purchasers often remark on?
Ambience is important in every home. Most buyers warm to a home over a house, and a personality in the home is important.
