So, with the introductions complete, let's get into the questions that we all want to know the answers to... "Tell us a little about yourself..." How long have you worked in the industry? I have been working in real estate for 3 years, beginning as a Property Manager until recently making the move to a Sales Consultant. I wanted to gain experience in the industry prior to becoming a confident and professional agent. Can you estimate how many properties you have sold in your career? Since becoming a Sales Consultant I have sold over 10 homes. What do you love about the real estate industry? Finding the right buyer for my Vendors and assisting both parties in their buying/selling journey. It’s an ever demanding market and I am dedicated to delivering a satisfying outcome for everyone involved. "Share a couple of key points about your agency..." What is the philosophy of your agency? What makes you differ from other agents? “Excellence is our starting point.” I pride myself on being a passionate real estate agent and every day I enter the office with motivation, professionalism and enthusiasm. I believe that it’s not the quantity of homes I sell, but the quality of service that I provide. "When Selling Real Estate, what are the secrets to success that every property seller should know..." What is the most important piece of advice you would provide to a seller who is getting their property ready to go on the market? First impressions are lasting impressions and less is more. Declutter to remove any items that may distract the buyers and hire some furniture if necessary to show the full potential of the property and to give it that personal feel. What is one common preparation item that is overlooked? Presentation. Clear out any unnecessary furniture. Clean the windows inside and out. Tide up the yard and give the home a good clean before you market the property. What is one key presentation feature that prospective purchasers often remark on? A clean, tidy and well presented home. It shows the home has been well maintained and potential buyers will feel at home when they walk through the door.
