How long have you worked in the industry?
I have worked in sales and business development for over 20 years and am in my 4th year of Real Estate.
Can you estimate how many properties you have sold in your career?
I have literally sold hundreds of properties in this time from blocks of land to high end properties. I have received many great testimonials from my happy clients
What do you love about the real estate industry?
Helping people get from point A to point B in the most stress free way possible. Getting this right really does make life long customers and friends.

What is the philosophy of your agency? What makes you differ from other agents?
We are not a large franchise agency, and do not pay franchise fees. We are able to be more competitive, flexible and personal with our approach to getting the best real estate result for our clients. We are well known and respected for giving real, grounded and honest advice, and not just providing corporate developed high pressure sales dialog and techniques just to get the listing. We provide and achieve a better result and better experience all round.
"When Selling Real Estate, what are the secrets to success that every property seller should know..."
What is the most important piece of advice you would provide to a seller who is getting their property ready to go on the market?
• Presentation - each home is different and will require a different approach so we work closely with sellers and give professional and tailored advice on how best to present their home. This may include utilizing the services of a professional property stylist.
• It is also important for sellers to understand that to achieve the best result it is vital to know how to select the right agent & agency. Many sellers have fallen into the trap of just going with who is cheapest. This approach can cost the seller far more than they believe they have saved. Pick the agent that you can trust and feel most comfortable working with and ensure that they have the latest marketing, promotion and negotiation processes. Once you have selected the right agent, then negotiate a fee that you are happy with.
What is one common preparation item that is overlooked?
The presentation of the front of the home is sometimes over looked. It is the first and last thing a prospective buyer will see when they arrive and leave to inspect. A few dollars spent adding some colour with plants and a good mow and edge can quickly and cheaply improve this.
What is one key presentation feature that prospective purchasers often remark on?
The most feedback we get from prospective purchasers looking at a well presented home is that it reflects on how well the vendors have cared for and looked after the property. It gives a purchaser a better vision of themselves living there.
