How long have you worked in the industry?
I started just over 4 years ago here at Doepels, with over 15 years developing and investing around the country.
Can you estimate how many properties you have sold in your career?
It’s not something I keep count of, but more about how well I stay true to my values. The numbers will look after themselves if I personalise the experience for my clients. I always want more though.
What do you love about the real estate industry?
I love all types of properties, looking at potential of what a renovation can bring but then seeing some of the amazing homes that people build. From here it is more about building strong relationships with clients and gaining their trust through being myself. I love talking to people and finding out their stories.

What is the philosophy of your agency? What makes you differ from other agents?

Re-model, repair or renew and make it light and bright.
What is one common preparation item that is overlooked?
Creating an atmosphere for buyers to become emotionally attached, whether through property styling, staging or dressing up a home.
What is one key presentation feature that prospective purchasers often remark on?
Spacious living areas, bathrooms and kitchens always bring great comments.
