I recently caught up with Dylan Thomson of HockingStuart Ballarat for a coffee & a few laughs at one of our new favourites, Higher Society. Here's some of the topics we covered during the course of our discussion and what I learned about Dylan: His favorite food is – Pho He loves talking about – Sport – Golf, Cricket, Football, Fishing (my 4yo son has just started getting me interested in Basketball) The last song he listened to was – You can’t always get what you want – The Rolling Stones His favorite movie genre is – Action / Comedy (Lethal Weapon) He really wishes he had more time to – Spend with my family (and play golf) His favorite city is – Melbourne He thinks the best aspect of his job is – The ability to change peoples lives, either by achieving a great result for the vendor or by finding the perfect new home for a buyer. Dylan feels the one thing all buyers have in common – They would all prefer Sunday inspections He believes that the one thing all vendors should know is – You do not need to wait until Spring to sell your home Dylan tells me that if he didn’t sell real estate he would – Open a whiskey bar (cheers to that! 🥃) Finally, we didn't want to let Dylan go without asking what he thought it was important for people to know about the agency he represents, HockingStuart Ballarat and how he feels that HockingStuart differs from other agencies. Dylan told us that, 'we put an enormous focus on getting the best result for our vendors and try to make the sales process as enjoyable and easy for all parties involved..' Thanks for your time Dylan & to Higher Society for yet another awesome coffee!
