"Jo Rescued Me!!
Jo first worked with me when I started the process of building my own home. I had engaged a builder, but needed someone to cast a second eye over plans and provide some guidance during the process of selecting finishes. Jo accompanied my to meetings with the builder, helped me ensure I was armed with all the right questions and guided me through the multitude of decisions that building a house involves, from choosing colours to tiles to light fittings and more. At the conclusion of the construction process it became apparent that there were problems, some small and some more complicated to rectify. I sought Jo’s help with difficult builders who were uninterested in fixing issues arising from the building of my new house. My demands for action were being ignored, I didn’t what to do or who to turn to, I knew I was not going to win this battle!! Thanks to Jo’s persistence and perseverance, along with her ability to negotiate with the builders and manage tradesman (when they were unable to co-ordinate themselves), the building defects I had identified (plus many more that had not been initially identified) were rectified to the standard expected of a brand new home. No feat was too difficult, as Jo always found a way to overcome any obstacle that presented, achieving the best outcome for me. Jo went above and beyond – diligently supervising, directing, organising and even making deliveries of supplies, to help transform my house into the home it has become. Most importantly, Jo was able to relieve me of this enormous stress which had become too much to handle and manage this difficult situation with ultimate professionalism. I cannot thank Jo enough - no amount of words could fully express my gratitude to Jo." |

"The highly daunting and intensive prospect of selling my family home in Lake Wendouree, had me in a state of anxiety and panic. I was working 2 jobs, one in Melbourne that required me to travel interstate and the other doing weekends in Ballarat. Where was I going to find the time and inspiration to get organised and ready for sale?
My lovely ramshackle house had been loved and lived in for 22 years by toddlers, teenagers and then adult children.
